We are a fee for service practice, which means you are provided a service which has an attached fee, and this fee is due the day the service is provided.

We are set up for electronic submission of claims. If your employer has set this up with your insurance provider it will allow your claims to pass through an e-mail system providing you with a receipt. Payment is usually within 5 business days.

Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your employer, and your employer and the insurance company. We therefore do not put ourselves in the middle of this contract.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Debit. We accept personal cheques once we have established a relationship with you the client.

In some cases we will make extended financial arrangements, and regular post-dated payments. Please ask us for details.
